$10.00 + $2.50 Per additional item.

Australian Residents can select “Courier Service” or “Express Post” for delivery.

Either method takes roughly 2 - 4 Working days Australia Wide.

The “Courier Service” requires a signature on delivery so if you are not in a position to sign for your purchase then please select "Express Post". Both methods have tracking numbers.

What Happens After I Place My Order?
After your order has been placed online you will receive a confirmation copy via email. The confirmation copy will contain all the item/s you have purchased plus the delivery address and delivery method you have selected. Please check your confirmation order to confirm that you have selected the correct style and colour and that the delivery details are correct.

If you don’t receive a confirmation copy of your order, it means you have entered an invalid email address and you will need to contact Wigs Online on 1300 797 579

Domestic Delivery:
Wigs Online’s main freight carrier is Toll Global Worldwide Express Couriers. Toll is a Door to Door courier service and will not deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries via Toll require a signature on delivery. If you prefer your purchase to be delivered to a PO Box delivery will be via Express Post. If Express Post is used as the delivery service when you receive your confirmation email it will also contain your Express Post tracking number.

International Delivery:
Wigs Online’s main freight carrier is Toll Global Worldwide Express Couriers. Toll is a Door to Door courier service and will not deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries via Toll require a signature on delivery. If you prefer your purchase to be delivered to a PO Box delivery will be via International Insured Airmail. If International Insured Airmail is used then delivery can take up to 15 working days and this service has no internet traceability. Wigs Online will send an email confirming that you understand the slow untraceable delivery service that you can expect to your International PO Box.

Domestic Packaging:
All items dispatched by Wigs Online are packed in plain white poly bags only stating “Buy it all Online” as the sender we do not list Wigs Online or Wig on the packaging so your privacy is assured. A Tax invoice will accompany your goods.

International Packing:
All items dispatched by Wigs Online are in plain white poly bags only stating “Buy it all Online” as the sender we do not list Wigs Online or Wig on the packaging so your privacy is assured.
Since the events of September 11th 2001 by Australian Customs Export Law, Wigs Online must state the content of all international mail leaving the country; your purchase will be marked as a “Hair Product” again protecting your privacy by not stating Wig or Wigs.

Depending on the country of destination with the changing customs law's due to "Terrorist Threats" international packages may be inspected and the exact contents listed. Wigs Online has no control over this or any customs duties/taxes charged to you as the receiver.

An invoice for your purchase will accompany your goods, and conforming to Australian Taxation Laws your invoice will be dispatched in Australian Dollars as your transaction was completed in Australia.

Wigs Online having a state of the art website logs your IP Address when processing a credit card transaction. This enables us to provide our local or international law enforcement agencies with your computers address for identification purposes. Any attempt of Domestic or International Credit Card Fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

It’s always difficult buying over the internet when you cannot see the item in your hand or our case on your head to confirm if the colour or style is the correct choice for you.
Wigs Online offer a 85% refund on the purchase price excluding postage if you are not 100% satisfied with the style or colour.
The 85% refund is because all hair products have to be professionally cleaned due to health reasons.

Returns / Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted without an RA Number and any item received without an RA Number supplied by Wigs Online will be returned to sender.

Return / Exchange requests MUST be made within 3 days of taking delivery.

How do I care for my wig?

How do I put on and wear my wig?
Take your new hairpiece out of its packet and remember to give it a good vigorous shake to let air filter through into the wig fibres. They will tend to be a bit flat in the packet after shipping, and this will make your new hairpiece spring into life.
If you have or use a wig cap, place this on your head first, make sure the front of the wig cap is sitting on your natural hair line, and that all your hair is concealed under the cap.
If you have long hair and you don't have a wig cap, twist your hair into a tight French Twist and pin it to the crown of your head. You can use bobby pins to stick your own hair down flat to your head.

Now for the wig!
With the tag at the back, grasp the wig one hand each side of the netting cap and place it on your head. Slide your fingers along the rim of the cap, one to the front of the wig and one to the back, making sure as you go that the cap is covering all of your head. The wig should not cover your ears. There are two little tabs at the ears (where your sideburns would be if you had them) and they should be positioned so that they are equal on both sides in front of your ears. This will let you know that your wig is on correctly. The front of your wig should be positioned right at, or slightly behind, your natural hairline.
There are adjustment straps in the back of your wig, and they may be used to tighten or loosen the wig for a more comfortable fit.

Now take a look at the new you!
Don't despair if your new wig doesn't look quite right at first, as you may need to play around with it a little. You can use styling products on your new wig, although it is recommended that you use Wig Wet Products rather than normal hairspray and moose, as they are not as harsh on the wig fibres. Depending on the style you have purchased the fringe may need to be cut to suit your face, some wigs may need the fringe teased a little and fluffed to get them just right. It's just like you own hair, it needs to be styled first to achieve that perfect look.

How do I store my Wig?
The best way to store your wig is on a Wire Wig Stand or Wig Perch Stand. This will keep your wig fresher and maintain its style between wearings. Keep your wig in a clean place, away from dust, sources of high heat, and excessive humidity. Never enclose your wig (except while traveling) in a box or plastic bag.

Can I use any shampoo & conditioner on my wig?
It's recommended that you use only products formulated specifically for synthetic and/or human hair wigs. Because the vast majority of products designed for growing hair are oil-based, using these products may coat the wig hair and cause it to look dull and lifeless. When considering purchasing any products to be used on wigs, make sure they are water-based, or that water is the first ingredient. Wigs Online carries a full line of products for the care and styling of your new wig for both human & synthetic hair.

Can I use a curling iron on my wig?
HOT curling iron may be used on any HUMAN HAIR wig, but some types of Human Hair wigs are more difficult to curl with an iron.
After you set the curl with the iron, clip each curl and let it cool completely before brushing out and styling. You may also try wet-setting on rollers and using a hair dryer on "high" to set the curl.

SYNTHETIC Hair Wigs are different.
A curling iron set on WARM or LOW may be used, but a spray conditioner or even plain water should be misted onto the hair to protect it before heat is applied. A HOT Curling iron will cause the fibre to go limp or even frizzle (melt) it. Once a wig is frizzed, its life is over.
Regardless if you're curling Human or Synthetic Hair be VERY CAREFUL and test an inconspicuous area first. If while using your curling iron it gets too hot for the fibre (the hair will go limp), mist the barrel with a little water to cool it down, and then proceed with the curling process.

Can I use a hair dryer on my wig?
A hair dryer on HIGH setting may be used on HUMAN HAIR wigs, but using a hair dryer on SYNTHETIC fibre wigs tends to remove the curl and body. Remember, synthetic hair wigs are just very fine, plastic fibres and, depending on the quality of the fibre, they may be damaged by heat. If you wish to remove some of the curl from synthetics, a hair dryer will do the trick, but the fibre must be set again to achieve some body.

Am I able to Cut & Style My Wig?
Yes, you can cut Wigs although be careful as it won't grow back. Sorry but I had to say that. Generally we recommend talking it to a hair professional as they will cut it properly and professionally style it for you, although check first that they have had experience cutting & styling wigs.

What is the Wig Cap Size?
All of the full head wigs supplied by Wigs Online have “Average Size” wig caps. The wig caps are adjustable and they have hooks on the inside of the cap at the back, which you can adjust according to your head size. An “Average” size wig will accommodate heads up to the size of 57cms / 22.5 Inches.

My Wigs Seems To Loose
Now don't despair that it doesn't fit, as everyone's head shapes and sizes are different.  If you find that there is excess cap (like a bubble) in the crown or back of your head, or if the cap rubs against the back of your ears and causes irritation and/or itching, your wig cap may be too large for you. You can have a wig stylist or hair professional take 'tucks' in your wig to re-size it.

If you want to try this yourself - Turn your wig inside out. Just below the ear tabs, take up the ribbon (bottom to top) and fold over. Sew in place. Go on to the next ribbon and do the same until you have "tucked" all the way across the wig. Make sure the tucks are even all the way across the width of the wig. Start by tucking about 1/2 an inch. If this is not enough, tuck another row just above the first row. Remember to leave some leeway, or when you wear the wig, each motion of your head will make the wig slip back from the front hairline. If you have a bit of extra room, your wig will stay on better. However, you can also remove any tucks you've sewn if the cap proves to be too small.

Do you send Catalogues?
Wigs Online does not offer printed Catalogues. We handle so many different brands of wigs that it would be impractical to maintain and keep track of printed Catalogues for all of them. In addition, sending Catalogues through the mail increases our costs. In order to maintain our low prices, we show the Catalogues on our website. If you have questions, or need help choosing a wig or other hair product, we would be happy to assist you.

What is a Mono Top?
A mono top is a very fine transparent mesh, which is used in the most critical areas of wigs, the front hairline and parting.  The mono mesh is so fine it allows the natural scalp colour to show if parted.  Each fibre is tied by hand.  The advantage is that it looks completely natural, just like your own scalp.

What is a skin top part?
A skin top means that when you look down on the wig from above (imagine standing on a chair looking onto someone’s head) it looks like skin underneath where the part line is. 

Do you Buy Human Hair As I Want To Sell Mine ?
Wigs Online is only a reseller of Human & Synthetic Hair Wigs, not a manufacturer so we don’t actually purchase Human Hair Directly.The basic rule of thumb is that your hair must be at least 30 centimeters/12 Inches in length and untreated (uncoloured) and in good condition.The following companies may be able to help you as they purchase Human Hair :-

I have thick long hair would I need to cut my hair or change my hair in any way to wear wig?
Firstly there is no need to cut your hair. All you need to do is to place your hair into a French twist and pin it up on the crown of your head as flat as you can (you may need to use a few bobby pins). Wigs Online also have wigs caps available which can be used as they can make it easier to conceal long hair.

Are the wigs natural looking? Would people who don't know me be able to tell that I'm wearing a wig?
Wigs Online source our products from all over the world to bring to you a product range that has been selected to give the most natural look. As with any product the individuals face shape and the length and style you’ve chosen will determine if it looks natural. If this is your first wig purchase then maybe consider not going to radical in regards to a style change, once you start buying and wearing Wigs you’ll find this won’t be your first for long.

What is the difference between human and synthetic hair?
Quality synthetic fibre looks and feels just like your own hair. It will not frizz or lose its curl in humidity as human hair will. Synthetic fibre will retain its set, and most of the time with just a shake, will be ready to wear. Treated properly your synthetic wig will not lose its shine or colour. Human hair wigs have the advantage of changing the style or color with ease.

How can I match my hair colour?
