Well we guarantee that if you purchase any of our wigs and are able to find another Australian supplier who can deliver to your door the exact same wig at a lower price within 14 days, then we will refund you the difference. In fact we are so sure of our prices that we will not only refund the difference but also an additional 5% of the price difference.

Wigs Online buys its wigs directly form the manufacturer so we cut out the middleman. Also as we are purely an online store we can pass on to our clients the savings of not having to pay high retail rents or extra salespeople. We also keep our margins quite low so our prices are more inline with wholesale rates rather than retail prices.
Are There Any Conditions With This Guarantee?
There are generally no conditions other than the guarantee applies to Australian clients for exact products. As there are many brands of wigs ranging in quality we need to know that we are comparing “apples with apples” when looking at products and prices. We therefore need either a printed offer or a link to the competitors website so that we can verify the price and product.
Purchasing a wig over the Internet can be a little challenging. At Wigs Online we realize this and attempt to make it as easy and uncomplicated as possible for our consumers to exchange or return a wig.
Should you wish to exchange your wig, Wigs Online will provide you with a 100% credit for the cost of the wig excluding postage. This credit will be applied to your new order and you will be contacted to discuss how you would like to us to settle any price difference.
We are happy to provide a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the style or colour of your wig and can not find a suitable alternative for exchange. Refunds will incur a restocking fee which is 15% of the purchase price of the wig or a flat fee of $25 ,which ever is the lower (refunds exclude postage charges). The restocking fee is needed to help cover administrative and processing costs associated with returned items.
In case you are looking for a particular piece that you cannot find on our website, Wigs Online may be able to specially order a piece for you. It may take up to three weeks depending on the manufacturer. A 30% Deposit is required initially and the balance payable when the item is ready to be dispatched.
Wigs Online will accept Returns and Exchanges for special orders, however they will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted with out an RA Number and any item received without an RA Number supplied by Wigs Online may be returned to sender if they are not contactable or have not contacted Wigs Online prior to the returning the item to make other arrangements.
Return / Exchange requests should be made within 3 days of taking delivery. From there normal delivery times for returns will be allowed based on your location and return method.
Wigs Online Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions:
Wigs Online will only accept Returns for items that are still in resalable condition and meet the following terms:
1. Items must be in Original Packaging with no Rips, Tears or Cuts to the packaging
2. Items will not have been worn except for the purpose of determining its suitability. Hence items should not have a worn smell.. e.g. Perfume, Smoke etc..
3. Items must have all Labels still attached and all Tags included in the packaging
4. Items must not be damaged or altered in anyway.
5. Accessories and all Items Purchased from the Clearance items / Specials Section are non returnable.

Information is only used for processing your order and communicating with you if necessary during the process and for emailing of special offers and promotions. All contact information is safely and securely stored, however credit card details are NOT recorded or stored by Wigs Online
