We do have a showroom where clients can book an appointment for a private consultation.
As consultations are private we only have limited availability so it is essential that you call us (1300 76 75 79) to discuss your requirements and book an appointment time.
There is a $50 consultation fee, however the fee can be redeemed against any purchase, over $250, made at the time of your appointment.
All purchases are packed in poly white bags with the sender stated as Buy it all Online and not Wigs Online. *Credit Card charges will also appear as Buy it all Online, this is done to ensure your privacy. A tax invoice will accompany the parcel or be emailed to you.
*Please note: Some Banks have begun using third parties when processing payments which may override our banks settings, in which case "Wigs Online" may appear on your statement. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
Our primary freight carrier for purchases inside Australia is Auspost eParcel. This is a door to door service including delivery to Post Office Boxes and has full internet tracking. Delivery within Australia normally takes approximately 2 to 5 working days.
Wigs Online uses a Courier Service for International deliveries. This is a Door to Door courier service with full internet tracking, however they do not deliver to P O Boxes. All deliveries via Courier require a signature on delivery.
Wigs Online has no control over parcels being opened for customs inspections or any customs duties/taxes charged to you as the receiver. Delivery via courier service normally takes 4 -7 working days.
Purchasing a wig over the Internet can be a little challenging. At Wigs Online we realise this and try to make it as easy and uncomplicated as possible for our consumers to exchange or return a wig.
Should you wish to exchange your wig, Wigs Online will provide you with a 100% credit for the cost of the wig excluding postage.
We are happy to provide a refund* if you are not 100% satisfied with the style or colour of your wig and can not find a suitable alternative for exchange. Refunds will incur a restocking fee which is 15% of the purchase price of the wig or a flat fee of $25 ,which ever is the lower. Refunds exclude postage charges and any payment transaction fees (Payment fees charged by each gateway vary between 2% and 4%). The restocking fee is needed to help cover administrative and processing costs associated with returned items.
* Due to heavily discounted prices by competitors, we do not provide refunds on the Ellen Wille, Rene of Paris, Noriko, Amore and Orchid (formerly Revlon) Ranges, however we are happy to provide exchanges. This also applies to any item that is priced matched to other online prices.
In case you are looking for a particular piece that you cannot find on our website, Wigs Online may be able to specially order a piece for you. It may take up to three weeks depending on the manufacturer. A 30% Deposit is required initially and the balance payable when the item is ready to be dispatched.
Wigs Online will accept Returns and Exchanges for special orders, however Refunds will incur a 30% restocking fee.
