Please Read Our Returns PolicyWigs Online's Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions:Wigs Online will only accept Returns for items that are still in resalable condition and meet the following terms:- Items must be in Original Packaging with no Rips, Tears or Cuts to the packaging
- Items will not have been worn except for the purpose of determining its suitability. Items should not have a worn smell.. e.g. Perfume, Smoke etc..
- Items must have all Labels still attached and all Tags included in the packaging
- Items must not be damaged or altered in anyway.
- Accessories, Eyebrows, Care Products and all Items Purchased from the Clearance items / Specials Section are non returnable.
- Refunds are subject to restocking and payment facility fees - All Returns may be subject to restyling fees if needed.
- Return / Exchange requests should be made within 3 days of taking delivery.
- Items Returned without an RA number may be rejected or subject to additional processing fees.
