Jon Renau’s Collection launches are always exciting and the 2019 Spring Collection is no exception. Here we have a quick rundown of what we can expect. 2019 Spring Collection is made up of 4 new wigs and 1 new petite wig.
This Collection is inspired from warm Californian days and cool evenings. The Four new wigs Rose, Kaia, Kendall and Gabrielle are easy styles you can transition from day to night. Rose gives is a short layered crop style, Kaia has long cascading layers, Kendall showcases shoulder length waves and Gabrielle gives you a posh jaw length bobs.

Embodying easy-care technology, each of these looks combines a nearly invisible SmartLace hairline and translucent monofilament cap with advanced synthetic fibres for a supremely natural fit and feel. The 2019 Spring Collection sets the tone for a season of adventurous flexibility with minimal fuss.

Jon Renau’s newest color collection, California Blonde, introduces a spectrum of gorgeous blonde hues, from the golden warm tones of Malibu and the brightness of Laguna to edgy, sun-bleached Venice and the desert cool of Palm Springs. With softly rooted gradients and subtle dimension-defining highlights, these colors perfect blonde realism.

 

We are so excited about these new shades of blonde from Jon Renau. These colours are available in a range of wigs and toppers.  As well as synthetic hair and heat defiant hair.

 

 

What are these colours?

 

Malibu Blonde   

Colour Malibu Blonde – 12FS12 – Light Gold Brown, Light Natural Gold Blonde & Pale Natural Gold-Blonde Blend, Shaded with Light Gold Brown

This colour is very similar to the signature colour of Jon Renau.  The biggest difference is the roots which are much lighter than the 12FS8.  The blonde tips are exactly the same as the 12FS8.

Laguna Blonde

Colour Laguna Blonde – FS24/102S12 – Light Gold Brown with Pale Natural Gold Blonde Blend, Shaded with Medium Brown

Laguna Blonde has the same lighter roots like the Malibu Blonde but the tips are much more golden with frosted vey pale blonde hi – lights.

Venice Blonde

Colour Venice Blonde – 22F16S8 – Light Ash Blonde & Light Natural Blonde Blend, Shaded with Medium Brown

Venice Blonde is a nice blonde like the 22F16 but with roots like the 12FS8. Its a more ash blonde than the others with dark roots.

Palm Springs Blonde

Colour Palm Springs – FS17/101S8 – Lt Ash Blonde with Pure White Natural Violet, Shaded with Dark Natural Ash Blonde

Palm Springs is going to be a real hit.  The Pure White Natural violet gives that dramatic effect of darker roots with a real platinum blonde that is very fashionable.

New Website Launch

We have been working hard over the past 6 months to bring our clientele the best website we can.  We have added a lot of new features with the hope to make the shopping experience with us a much more enjoyable on.  We thought it was time to take away the pink to give the website a more modern elegant looking website.  Of course we did’t want it to not just look pretty but we wanted it to be very functional and user friendly. Here are just some of the features we hope you like.

  1. As a client logged into the website you can add styles to your wish list so you can find them at a later date.
  2. You can now filter your results via Brand, Colour, Style, cap construction and Hair type.
  3. We have added a few more categories so you will be able to find the products you are looking much easier.
  4. We have our Instagram Feed scrolling on the front page so you can see the latest styles and products.
  5. We have a brand selector close to the bottom of the Home page.
  6. On our Contact page we have some mini FAQ for quick answers
  7. There are a few more features under your profile than before. As well as the wishlist you can track my order.

Staying Smart Online

The big wide web world can be very daunting.  We all love to hop on the internet and pick up a bargain.  This is all possible but you must take care and look out for some simple signs for any scams or too good to be true deals.

 

Here are a few tips that we feel are very important whether you are buying a wig or anything else on line.

  1.  Be aware of who you are buying from.  Are they an Australia Supplier or an overseas supplier?  If the website is a .com.au then the seller is an Australian Company as overseas suppliers can not buy a .com.au domain.
  2. Check the contact details – email addresses, telephone numbers, address location, etc;  If something goes wrong you need to be able to contact them.
  3. When purchasing online make sure you are buying on a secure website.  In the task bar there should be a little padlock.
  4. Check the returns and exchange policy so there are no surprises for later.
  5. Create strong passwords and always log out of your session
  6. If the price seems to good to be true – be wary.  It might be a copy item not a genuine brand that you think you are buying.

These are only a few little things that can protect yourself from being a victim.

There are a lot of websites out there with a lot of information so you are prepared to buy online and to know what to do if you have been scammed.

Hair Tip Liquid

Hair Tip Liquid is great in keeping your human hair wig looking and feeling great.  Its specially formulated to regenerate and invigorate hair tips.  The hair tips are the most likely to dry out. Its very good for protecting against matting, split ends and breakages.  Its very easy to use.  You can use this product on dry hair in between washes. Simply rub a little between your fingers and run through the tips of your wig.  Do not put any on the cap especially with and tied wigs as it can loosen the knots.  you will be surprised how effective it is.

Softly layered bangs add ooh-la-la texture to this shoulder length bob. Superb 100% Remy human hair is hand tied by French knotting, which simulates natural growth. It is fully hand tied. It is also available in Renau Exclusive colours.

Elizabeth is part of the HD Collection.  Elizabeth is made of Heat Defiant Fibre which allows you to apply heat up to 150° Celsius, so not only can you have beautiful layered straight hair but you can add soft waves to change up your style when you like. As with all Heat Defiant wigs you must use a Heat Thermal Spray before applying heat to protect the fibre and to keep the fibre looking great for longer.  Also, you must use a Wide Tooth comb.  Never use a brush on a heat defiant wig!

Elizabeth has a full Mono top which allows the wearer to change the part to suit their own style.  This wig is fully hand tied which gives you the most coverage and realisitic look.  The Lace front gives you an unbelievably great hair line.  No one will even be able to that you are wearing a wig.

The Hair Grip – The Best Wig Accessory

The Hair Grip has arrived to Wigs Online.  It will be the best accessory for the wig wearer.  If wig caps are not comfortable then you will love the hair grip. It is a headband that is worn under your wig, turban or scarf.  The hair grip is a comfort head band made of a fine soft velour.  Because of the way it grips onto the wig it eliminates the need for combs, tape or pins when you feel like your wig is slipping. It will also hold your existing hair down and keep it under the wig or scarf neatly. The hair grip is adjustable so you can wear it adjusted to how you feel comfortable.

Many wearers suffer with headaches and bald spots from using other things like pins and wig caps. This will no longer be a problem with the Hair Grip. And the best thing of all is the headband will stop the wig from slipping off.

Shampooing and Deep Conditioning your wig

It is so important to take care of your Human Hair wig to prolong the life of the wig and to keep it in the best condition as possible.

Human Hair wigs should be washed 6 -7 wears. All Jon renau hair care products are essential , as they are specifically formulated to care for the fibers in our wigs. They are also Sulfate, Paraben and Sodium Chloride Free. Keeping her wide-tooth comb with you and using it throughout the day will help keep it from tangling.
